Yes, for guests and residents. WaterSound Beach is a private, gated community, so photo sessions on the boardwalks and beach are for people staying on property. If you have a WaterSound rental, we are set. If not, Deer Lake State Park next door has a similar boardwalk-over-dunes look that is open to everyone.
